THE INNER SELF AND OUTER SELF

Who am I?

Your outer self is typically defined as the part of your personality that is shown in social or work environments. This includes the way you dress and speak when you are around others.

Your inner self consists of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that you choose to keep to yourself or are disclosed to those closest to you.

Most of us act slightly different at work than we do at home. If you want to keep a job and get a raise or a year-end bonus, there are certain things that your employer expects from you. For example, getting to work on time, dressing appropriately, not violating the code of conduct. Other items that usually show up on your year-end review, is your ability to work well with others and completing your assignments accurately and on time.

Those are just a few bullet points and if you have any questions about what is expected from you, be sure to review your job description and your onboarding videos and documentation.
