THE PROCESS REFINES YOU

 

Many of you are working a full-time job that you do not enjoy and where you feel there is no room for advancement. My advice to you, is to do your job to the best of your ability with a positive attitude. Ownership or management may change, and then you may be considered for a promotion because of your work ethic and cooperation with others.

When you grow, you stretch, and that process is usually uncomfortable. You must go through the refining fire like precious metals in order to extract the impurities of negative attitudes and behaviors that have kept you from advancing. It is the process that refines you to be to be successful by improving your skill set, increasing your emotional I.Q., and adopting a positive world view.
